**Description**
Prepares and serves therapeutic diets for patient meals and nourishment, ensures compliance to diet orders, and generally supports the food service activities.
**Required qualifications:**
+ upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Training in quantity food preparation.
+ 6 months Institutional food service experience.
