Job Summary This position manages key accounts and directly oversees Client Team personnel to ensure client retention, growth, customer satisfaction and profitability.
This role is a general management function that guarantees high quality service is offered to the clients and customers, thereby achieving the targets set for the business.
Note this role is 95% Daily working with suppliers, communication and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities: Build internal network to ensure ongoing premium business performance with all clients Manage client relationships to include rapid communication and enable seamless implementation Provide support service consultation to maximize level of service, quality and to help clients reduce their costs.
Maintain contact with vendors and suppliers to ensure client goals are being acheived Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years of account or client management experience Excellent communication skills to individuals of all levels, including internal and external Experience in operations and food service is strongly preferred.
