Threat Tec, a leader in operational support and intelligence solutions, is seeking a qualified Force Development and Management Analyst to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This critical role supports the development and sustainment of Special Operations Forces (SOF) capabilities by providing expert analysis, planning, and recommendations for force development and management.
\n Key ResponsibilitiesApply capabilities-based assessments to support the development and sustainment of SOF capabilities and capacity.Provide analysis support to J5 in re-shaping processes that align with emerging requirements to better support SOF.Analyze SOF unity of effort activities to support the integration and synchronization of USSOCOM, Service Component, National Mission Force, and TSOC activities.Perform pre- and post-wargame, experimentation, concept development, and implementation of DOTMLPF-P (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy) event analysis and change recommendations.Recommend solutions to DOTMLPF-P capability gaps that could inhibit the advancement of force development and management.Support the execution of Warfighter Talks.Assist in designing, planning, executing, and conducting After-Action Reviews for wargames.Prepare briefs, information papers, and presentations as required utilizing Microsoft Office products (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access).Develop and maintain an electronic resource with key points of contact to ensure mission continuity that may be accessed by all stakeholders. QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution.5 years of total experience in USSOCOM-assigned organizations as military, Government civilian, or contractor.3 years of experience supporting the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) process at Level C (e.g., JCIDS forums, Working Groups, Functional Capability Boards, Joint Capability Boards, Joint Requirements Oversight Council).2 years of experience supporting HQ USSOCOM's Special Operations Forces Capabilities and Integration Development System (SOFCIDS) process.5 years of experience developing and presenting verbal and written products at the general/flag-level command staff.5 years' experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g., SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel).Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance. Preferred QualificationsExpertise in SOF operations, force management, and DOTMLPF-P analysis.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.
