Ford Assistant Parts Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Ford Parts Assistant Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the parts department in our Ford dealership, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department.




Key Responsibilities:




Supervising and managing the daily operations of the parts department, including ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing parts and accessories


Ensuring that the parts department is properly stocked and organized to maximize efficiency


Providing exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately identifying and fulfilling customer needs


Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner


Coordinating with service technicians to ensure that necessary parts are available for repairs and maintenance


Maintaining accurate records of inventory, sales, and warranty claims


Managing and training parts department staff


Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations




Qualifications:




A minimum of 3 years of experience in a parts role in a Ford dealership


Extensive knowledge of Ford parts and warranties


Strong organizational and problem-solving skills


Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships


Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment


Strong leadership and team management skills


Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications


High school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary education in automotive technology or business management preferred
