Foreign Military Sales Program Analyst (Pma-259)

Synectic Solutions, Inc. (SSI) is seeking an FMS Program Analyst to support our NAVAIR customer in Patuxent River, MD. The Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to the following requirements. The anticipated award date for this contract is November 2024.

Essential Job Duties:Assist the Case Manager with the development, assembly, and quality assurance of briefs for internal and external stakeholders, including utilizing appropriate dissemination control markingsMaintain correspondence database, including tracking international partner response due datesAssist Case Manager in planning Program Management Reviews (PMRs) including corresponding with meeting site to coordinate visit requests, attendee invitations, site hospitality, and parking requirementsEdit and QA meeting documents with input from the governmentAssist in the development, review, and QA of Statements of Work and CDRL exhibitsAssist in creating Program Initiation Documents, attend meetings in support of contracting efforts including Case amendments and modificationsProvide input, adjudicate comments, and create adjudication letters for CDRL DeliverablesMaintain CDRL database to ensure industry is providing CDRLs according to the delivery scheduleRequired Experience:3 - 10 years years of functional experience.Education Requirements:BA/BS degree.Security Requirements:U.S. Citizenship required.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
