Forensic Electrical Engineer

We are Recruiting on Purpose, a Forensic Electrical Engineer for our client's Georgia team.
As a Electrical Engineer, you will conduct and manage investigations and evaluations involving machinery and equipment, examination and damage assessment of mechanical equipment, systems, and components, root cause failure analysis, evaluation of mechanical, corrosion, and metallurgical properties, and repair and replacement cost analysis of damaged facilities and equipment. You will interact with clients and other consultants, manage multiple and unique projects, and prepare written reports summarizing your analyses.
Technical Qualifications:Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical EngineeringLicensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in a Southeast State is required or must be obtained within 6 months.Experience with Solar Power Systems is a BIG Plus.3+ years of Forensic Investigation and Reporting experience is a PLUS!Experience giving legal depositions & Expert Witness experience is a BIG PLUS.Computer Software Capable (for example: MathCAD, AutoCAD, MS Office)Industrial/Manufacturing/Design ExperienceProfessional Skills:Think independentlyCommunicate clearly, verbally, and in writingThink and work analyticallyCooperate and work well with othersExercise sound judgment and use common senseFoster strong, lasting relationshipsEmbrace and thrive on challengeShow flexibility and adaptation to new situations
