**Job Title: Fork Lift Operator****Job Description**We're looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. This role involves professional, accident-free operation of the forklift, systematic maintenance and cleaning of the forklift, and continuous tracking of goods' location during material handling using WMS. Other responsibilities include performing manual jobs under the direction of the warehouse supervisor or team lead, keeping the warehouse clean and tidy, and maintaining safety standards. During the seed delivery and return season, you'll ensure proper loading and unloading of transport vehicles with quality packages to meet customer expectations. You should be flexible for all shifts during training and will then be assigned a specific shift. Currently, we're working 1 shift: 7:00a - 3:30p. We also have associates periodically work a split shift working 10a-6:30p.
