**Title:** Clamp Forklift Operator
**Pay:** $24.00 per hour
**Hours:** 6:00 2:30 pm, Monday Friday and sometimes Saturday
**Location:** Aurora, CO

**Temp-to-hire**
**What you will do:**
+ Operate a clamp forklift to load, unload, move, and stack products, ensuring safe and accurate handling.
+ Sort, pack, and wrap, strap and label products as per customer requirements & company procedures and transport products to and from locations in a safe and timely manner.
+ Transport materials within the facility to designated storage areas or production lines.
+ Safely secure and handle products of various shapes, sizes, and weights using clamp attachments.
+ Conduct routine inspections of the forklift to ensure it is in proper working condition and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
+ Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and complete necessary documentation.
+ Follow safety protocols, guidelines, and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to products.
+ Adhere to Regional Distribution Center Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Safety, Units shipped, on time delivery, inventory accuracy, and scrap.
+ Assist with organizing and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
+ Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
+ Assist with loading and unloading trucks, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
+ Lift up to 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time.
+ Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
**Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Valid forklift operator certification, with experience using a clamp forklift attachment preferred.
+ Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
+ Strong understanding of safety regulations and the ability to follow safety protocols.
+ Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle products carefully.
+ Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) as needed.
+ Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
