Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: Utilizes a forklift to load and unload trucks/trailers, and move products, materials, or equipment between work areas.
Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the yard area is organized as directed by the manager.
Process all incoming material orders including storing items, resolving all material discrepancies, and closing out orders in the computer system.
Prepare and process all paperwork necessary.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage situations with tact and professionalism.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient time management skills.
Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required.
2 - 4 years of experience loading and unloading trucks with forklifts Hyster 360 experience preferred.
Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Additional Job Information: Wage Expectations: $18 - $22 per hour Pay: This is a non-exempt, hourly position and employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis Typical Schedule: Four (4) Day / Ten (10) Hour work schedule.
Location: On Site - 20812 Broadway Ave; Snohomish, WA 98296 Travel: Very minimal to none Benefits: Employees are eligible on the 1st of the month following the completion of 60 days of employment for: Medical: OSW applies a contribution of 82% of the EE Only Base PPO premium to all plans and coverage levels and pays 25% of the dependent portion of the premium (based on the Base PPO Premiums) for the Spouse, Child, and Family coverage levels.
Dental, Vision:In 2024: OSW applies a contribution of 25% of the EE Only Base premium to all plans and coverage levels.
