**Job Title: Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to manage inventory control, data entry, and the accurate processing, packaging, and shipping of orders.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with forklifts, warehouse operations, and computer systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
+ Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
+ Organize stocks and maintain inventory.
+ Inspect products for defects and damages.
+ Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments.
+ Organize warehouse space efficiently.
+ Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
+ Check, verify, and fill customer invoices.
+ Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proven working experience as a forklift operator.
+ Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklift, hand truck, and pallet jack.
+ Experience with warehouse data systems.
+ Strong organizational skills.
+ Ability to lift or move heavy products.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
+ Team player with good communication skills.

**Work Environment**
The role involves working in a multitude of warehouses on our client's site, moving equipment as part of the manufacturing process.
The work environment is very clean but non-climate controlled.
The shift schedule is Monday Thursday from 6am 4pm, and Friday from 6am 2pm, currently working four 10-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift, with a goal to transition to a straight 40-hour work week.
