Position overview We are currently hiring experienced warehouse Forklift Operators to join our team to help us pick, pack & ship orders in our 200,000 sq ft warehouse in North Las Vegas, NV. You'll be part of a team that helps ship over $5 billion of e-commerce orders a year.
Duties and Responsibilities Operate a Raymond Reach and Counterbalance ForkliftUse tools including but not limited to carts, pump trucks, dollies and computers.Unload, sort, stage, palletize, and shrink wrap pallets.Picking, packing and shipping orders.Meets specifics of our customers' orders in a timely manner.Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment.Able to work overtime when necessary.Follow company policies including Workplace Health and Safety policies and proceduresOther duties and responsibilities as assigned by Fulfillment Management. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience in picking/packing, receiving, inventory and/or Fulfillment,Minimum 1 year experience operating a Raymond Reach and/or Counterbalance Forklift.Must have a valid Forklift License.Able to operate various pieces of equipment/technology (e.g. tablets, computers)Ability to tolerate potentially long periods of time on your feet.Team player with a high level or urgency. Able to problem solve and take initiative.Highly organized & detailed oriented.Strong interpersonal communication skills.Self-motivated and goal oriented.Accomplish other tasks as needed in the warehouse.
