Job Description
Hourly Pay Rate: $25.53
Schedule: 12 hour rotating schedule
The Forming Apprentice will:
* Handle all primary functions in operating a bottle forming machine
* Provide job change assistance, change or assist in changing blanks, molds, and finish mold changes and record reason
* Gauge weight and selected physical dimensions on complete set out and/or random sample and record using PC work station
* Re-qualify all cavities following major downtime
The Forming Apprentice should have:
* Experience with defect analysis (gauging and visual) to maintain top quality
* Experience with doping and swabbing machines and assisting breakdown repair
* Strong attention to detail for maintain all records and reports as directed
* Ability to work a 12 hour rotating schedule
Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Experience using computers for recording data
