About The Role Their mission is to revolutionize the way companies hire and retain talent for high-volume sales roles. Having recently secured a seed round, they are preparing to advance our product to the next stage. The ideal candidate will play a crucial leadership role in our engineering team, ensuring the development of an exceptional and scalable product. Required Experience 5-10 years of full-time experience in software engineering, with proficiency in the MEAN/MERN stack. 2+ years of experience at a major tech company. 2+ years of experience at a startup or as a co-founder with experience raising institutional funding. Previous experience managing engineering teams. Willingness to contribute hands-on coding 30-50% of the time. Some experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Large Multimodal Models (LMMs). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a top-tier U.S. university. Preferred Experience MS/PhD in Computer Science from a top-tier U.S. university. Extensive experience with LLMs or LMMs. Experience architecting and building SaaS products from the ground up, either as a founding engineer or as an engineering leader at a startup. Experience in building and deploying mobile applications. Responsibilities Design a scalable architecture for our product offering and transition the existing solution to the cloud. Work closely with engineers to develop both front-end and back-end components. Implement systems to efficiently manage engineering processes and resources. Collaborate closely with the founding team to define the engineering roadmap. Assist in the growth of the engineering team by recruiting top-tier talent. Oversee the engineering organization, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
