What You'll Do Design and implement an AWS-native framework for complex security testing workflows. Design and implement scalable, serverless infrastructure using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB). Develop RESTful APIs and microservices. Collaborate with the team to refine AI models for offensive security tasks. Contribute to both front-end and back-end development, ensuring a cohesive user experience. Work directly with customers to gather requirements and iterate on platform features. Required Experience 4+ years of software engineering experience with world-class teams. Python: Proficient in Python for backend development. JavaScript: Proficient in JavaScript, with good experience in React. AWS: Extensive experience with AWS, including services like S3, DynamoDB, ECS, or Fargate. Ability to design, deploy, and manage scalable applications in a cloud environment. IaC: Experience with Terraform or a desire to learn. API Development: Proficient in designing and building robust APIs. Experience with backend frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Bonus Points Experience Cybersecurity: Experience as a Red Teamer, Penetration Tester, Security Engineer, or Vulnerability Assessment Analyst. AI / LLM: Experience in implementing and deploying LLM agents, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning of the models. Big Data: Hands-on experience with large-scale data and processing and analytics platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Splunk. Compensation Base salary: $120K - $220K Equity: 0.5% - 2.5% Benefits: Healthcare, PTO, and other perks.
