The roleWe're looking for an entrepreneurial full-stack engineer to join the founding team to help build our core product for caregivers and employers. You'll partner with our CEO to help provide key input on the product roadmap, own product decisions, build our foundational tech platform, and more.
You will:Write and ship high quality, performant code for our web-based caregiver and employer products.Architect and document our platform while advising key product and infrastructure decisions.Closely collaborate with our founding team across go-to-market, operations, customer support, and more.Flex between frontend, backend, product, and more among a scrappy founding team.RequirementsWe are looking for killer engineers with a high empathy for caregiving.
3+ years of experience shipping and iterating code in professional or personal projects.Strong preference for candidates who have owned product development end-to-end.Experience building from scratch with little to no guidance.Experience with Typescript, React, but more importantly, able to build and learn fast.Experience with API development, SQL, devops, CI/CD.Experience leading and hiring a team of engineers.High empathy for caregivers and families who need care.Insane intensity and curiosity across everything you do.Our commitment to youCompetitive Compensation: We only hire the top 0.1% of talent and offer the compensation package to match.
