Join as an early member of our team, influencing both product development and company direction.Develop cutting-edge software leveraging AI technology.Create integrated solutions encompassing EHR, CRM, POS, scheduling, marketing, and AI tailored for the wellness sector.Tackle challenges such as high throughput consumer transactions, resilient system architecture, and integrating AI with traditional SaaS workflows.Lead in developing innovative data models to support robust analytics.Drive product development from ideation to execution.Enhance generative AI and embedding retrieval techniques to meet industry-specific accuracy standards.Work on features that enhance accessibility to technology for small business owners, thereby improving wellness care access. We are looking for someone with:
3+ years of engineering experience.Proven ability in building robust products with elegant design.Experience with microservices architecture.Proficiency in Typescript.Passion for empowering small business owners or similar underserved populations.Strong communication skills, open to giving and receiving feedback.Alignment with our cultural values and a proactive learning mindset.Ability to work in a hybrid setup in San Francisco. Bonus if you have:
Familiarity with building HIPAA-compliant or similarly secure products.Experience developing point of sale (POS) systems.Background in AI or AI product development. You would get:
