The Job
As the

FP&A Analyst

you will

work cross-functionally, providing financial planning & analysis support to Ace's business functions. This position will support the preparation of the financial forecasts and budgets, including the identification and quantification of risks and opportunities.

What you'll do
Partner on FP&A functions to provide financial guidance and analytics to support key decisions.

Support the development of budgets and projections. Review plans and proposed capital spending with Support management.
Prepare, analyze, and report monthly results and key metrics compared to plan, forecasts and prior year. Validate causes of operational cost and revenue variances.

Assist in financial reviews with management recommending and monitoring implementation of corrective processes.
Manage the monthly projection process by performing analysis and provide insight and recommendations for the year-end outlook.
Analyze proposed operational changes and capital projects from a financial perspective and prepare financial justification models
Provide guidance, training and financial assistance to budget owners. Ensuring adherence to best practices relative to financial processes and reporting.
Assist in reporting and financial analysis/ROIs for special projects, long range planning and route profitability
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance regarding finance related decisions

What you need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Accounting/GAAP knowledge
Minimum 4 years work experience in a financial, accounting or business analytical capacity; work experience in planning and budgeting preferred.
Results-oriented with ability to initiate and complete assignments
Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail
Possess confidence to challenge existing practices and formulate new and creative approaches and solutions.
Ability to employ ROI, financial analysis and modeling techniques as well as an ability to interpret the data
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, BPC/EPM, and Power BI experience a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with management and non-finance business partners
Ability to function effectively in a team environment and gain the cooperation of individuals across the organization

Compensation Details:

$82300 - $102900 per year
