A successful Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES Design and implement overall recruiting strategyDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc.Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.Screen candidates' resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleAssess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudesMonitor and apply HR recruiting best practicesProvide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the teamFunction as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processPromote the company's reputation as a "best place to work"*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in human resources, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years' experience in a recruiting roleProficient with Microsoft Office 365 programs (including but not limited to Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams)Ability to communicate effectively with team membersMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking systemMaintain social media job postingsSolid ability to conduct various types of interviewsProven work experience as a recruiterExcellent interpersonal and written communication skills.NOTE: Due to Federal client requirements, only US Citizens can be considered, and candidates cannot have dual citizenship. Candidate must be able to obtain a security clearance.
