WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
- Collaborative partner for the window and door installation process
- Practice efficient demolition in order to minimally impact customers
- Provide Signature Service by working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site
- Preparation of window/doors and existing openings such as taping, caulking and cleaning
- Exterior/Interior finish work on all products
WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON
- Knowledge of residential, commercial construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, and safety.
- Ability to read prints.
- Mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to do material estimates.
- Basic knowledge of local (city & state) building codes.
- Must have a Texas valid driver's license
- Must have good observational skills.
-Must be able to walk, stand, sit, kneel, stoop, crawl, twist, reach above head, pull, bend, climb stairs and ladders, and lift/carry 50lbs.
- Must be able to be work weekends as needed
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
-Must have own tools.
- Trim carpentry experience is a plus.
