Who We Need We're here because we want someone awesome to join our crew: a Video Editor to be a key player on our creative team. This role will be focused on creating breakthrough video content with a strong command of Adobe Premiere. Some knowledge of Production is preferred. Reporting to the SVP, Content Creation, this candidate will work on a diverse range of tasks for multiple clients. Your Experience: · Experience editing in Adobe Premiere Pro · Experience in Color Correction · Some knowledge of Adobe After Effects · Some knowledge of lighting and cinematography · Some knowledge of audio recording Your Required Skills : · Minimum 3 years of experience editing short form videos, social media content, mini documentaries, and sizzle reels · Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder) · Knowledge of audio editing and color correction techniques · Knowledge of conforming videos to various aspect ratios and formats · Ability to multitask and deliver projects according to deadline The 'Tude (Attitude) Basics: • Self-starter and ability to self-manage: you will be working closely with the Creative team, but we will rely on you to keep your own deadlines on our fast-paced calendar of projects and make sure that all your images are pixel perfect! • A player we can count on: Always organized so you can move fast with us and willing to put in the extra time and effort with the team on projects when needed. • Fervid desire to learn and ability to receive feedback while maintaining a great attitude so we can ALL improve.
