Job Description:
FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST Lewisville, TX - ON SITE 7:30am-4:30pm $22/hr.
to $26/hr.
DOE JOB SUMMARY
The Front Desk Receptionist is a key position within our organization, acting as the face of the Company.
They are responsible for, greeting visitors and employees, sorting and distributing mail and packages, assist with outgoing packages, and any special projects as assigned by supervisor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Greet and assist all internal and external customers at front counter.
Review, maintain and update Outlook calendars and Smartsheet's for upcoming meetings and guests.
Notify host when visitor arrives.
Review and investigate the daily access exception report.
Verify technology is working in conference rooms prior to meetings.
Create and maintain badge access for guests, and employees.
Maintain and distribute the daily security list and the weekly IT meeting report.
Responsible for receiving and distribution of USPS mail and packages (UPS, FedEx and Amazon) via a locker system.
Monitor the locker system to review and verify packages / mail are being picked up in a timely manner.
Send and receive intercompany mail.
Ensure the kitchens, breakrooms, and Boardroom Servery are stocked, including making coffee.
Order office / facility supplies and organize as needed.
Order and receive catering for meetings as requested.
Produce name plates for offices and cubicles.
Work with outside vendors to schedule repair work to be done.
Assist to maintain heat and air conditioning is regulated throughout the space.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Two years of experience in front office/customer service functions preferred.
Education: High School diploma or GED required.
Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work with other employees, supervisors and external parties.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged information gained as result of job functions.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Demonstrates accuracy and proficiency in use of computer and software programs.
Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
