Responsibilities
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner• Provide information about hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities• Assist guests and resolve guest challenges to ensure 100% guest satisfaction• Conduct cash handling and credit card processing activities accurately• Audit, balance, and report on cash and credit transactions• Perform any other job related duties as assigned
Key Skills Needed
• Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role• Experience with hotel reservations software• Customer service experience• Excellent communication and organizational skills
