Responsibilities
• Organize, confirm and process guest check-ins/check-outs• Secure payment and adjust billing as needed• Provide guests with room and hotel information• Run daily reports and communicate information to next shift's staff• Complete cashier and closing reports• Accept and record wake-up calls• Communicate emergencies, lost items, or thefts• Keep contingency lists and deliver necessary messages• Assist guests with any requests• Maintain a high level of customer service
Requirements
• Open availability• Warm, people-oriented demeanor• Team-first attitude• Attention to detail• Previous front desk agent experience• High school diploma or GED• Experience at a Choice or Radisson hotel is desired• Flexible schedule• Proficiency with computers• Excellent customer service skills
