Front Desk Associate

We are seeking highly motivated, ethical, team player who is looking to be part of a company with a great future in lending.

This is a full-time entry level position; Standard hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
Reporting into the Executive Assistant of the Regional Manager.

Responsibilities: o Assist in gifting programs (communication, sending out gifts, & confirming they arrived)
o Assisting with database management
o Executing work related tasks outside the office
o Scheduling Lunches and Meetings
Assist the marketing team as needed including: social media, scheduling and administrative tasks Help organize and maintain library of existing media Job Description: 40 hours , Full time, fully in office
