Front Desk Coordinator

Description Position Overview: We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our organization.
The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide outstanding customer service, and support various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Coordinate meetings and assist with special projects as needed.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic office equipment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus to assist our diverse clientele.
