Our client needs a Front Desk Coordinator to manage the front desk and perform various administrative and clerical tasks. The Front Desk Coordinator will be our clinic's first point of contact. Duties include offering administrative support and welcoming patients and guests who visit the clinic.

Position Details: Initial Schedule 2-Days per week on Thursday & Friday Clinics are located in Greensboro and Winston-Salem Working hours are from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch break (hours may vary). Compensation is $200 - $300 per day BOE Potential for bonus tied to sales performance Must be able to attend a ZOOM training class Qualifications: You should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role You should be able to deal with emergencies promptly and effectively while streamlining clinic operations Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position Ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards Key Skills: Customer service/receptionist experience required (sales background a plus) Experience in clinic/patient setting preferred POS/Payment processing Ability to multi-task Good computer skills are needed Ability to stay organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment Phlebotomist / MA a plus About Boxum Staffing Solutions: Boxum is an elite group of experienced and insightful recruiters who excel at matching highly-qualified candidates with jobs where they can shine.
