Front Desk/Customer Service -Maintain courteous and dependable contact with the Public through telephone and personal interactions.2-Assist with admissions, financial aid process, and maintain student files.3- Maintain appointment intake system for student's advisement and register services.4- Assist the Continuing Education in the absence of the coordinator.5-Maitain Fire Extinguisher inspection for Physical Plant office.6-Perform pleasing and appropriate telephone techniques.7- Ability to be personable, tactful, and pleasant at all times.8- Strong organization and communication skills.9- Demonstrate responsibility initiative and working in a fast-paced environment.10-Perform organization skills and have efficient attention to detail including word processing.11-Ability to conduct spreadsheets, Power Points and perform filing skills with the ability to organize, maintain and retrieve from a large system.
