Director of First Impressions

This position will require an ambitious and dedicated person who can handle a fast paced environment and finds creative ways to overcome challenges. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, comfortable with computers, learning new software and systems and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

? Daily operations at the front desk including accounts receivables, phone calls, resident relations, and maintenance.

? Review and document resident applications.
? Monitor the applicant list.
? Ensure all property marketing and follow-ups are completed as required.
? Assist with delinquency and eviction processes as needed.
? Ensure all processes are updated in the property management software.
? Special Projects as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

? Highly organized individual and able to handle a very busy workload.

? Effective communicator with great people skills.
? Highly proficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
? Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
? Bilingual is a plus.

8 hour shift
