Front Desk Guest Service Associate

This is a sales job, and the ability to sell is essential. 
Cellphone sales, Health and fitness sales, and beauty products sales experience are highly preferred. Base pay is $16.50, with bonuses ranging from $18-22/per hr
Open availability and full-time (five days) are preferred. At least three days with open availability is needed.

Role
The role of a Guest Service Associate (GSA) is to represent the European Wax Center professionally and consistently while upholding the company's core values. The Guest Service Associate is the first and last impression of the guest's entire experience, so it is important always to maintain a cheerful and positive attitude. Please note that this is a sales position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for selling wax passes.
Responsible for all center opening and closing procedures.
Responsible for managing the Reservation Book, guest requests, and associate availability.
Responsible for maintaining the front of the center, including, but not limited to, restocking product shelves and refilling brochures and card holders.
Responsible for maintaining and exceeding center and individual goals.
Responsible for center cleanliness
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Open availability to work opening, swing, closing, and weekend shifts.
Prior Sales experience and ability to interact and sell to guests.
Ability to use and operate software-based point of sale system.
A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor.
An ability to work independently with limited supervision.
A professional appearance at all times.
