We are looking to add an experienced full-time Front Desk Receptionist at a busy primary care practice. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, provide excellent patient experience and attention to detail, and work comfortably in a team environment.
\n Responsibilities:Check in/out patients quickly and accuratelyComplete insurance verificationVerify patient demographic information at the time of scheduling appointment and upon check-inMonitor and respond to patient and clinical staff messagesComplete patient outreachAnswer incoming callsScan incoming documentsObtain co-pays and paymentsMaintain clean appearance of waiting area and front desk Requirements:Excellent computer skillsExcellent communication skillsExperience with Electronic Health Record (Preferred)
