Front Desk Monitor

The YWCA Greater Harrisburg has an immediate need for multiple part-time Front Desk Monitors.

The Front Desk Monitor oversees the reception areas within the emergency shelter.  Primary responsibilities include greeting all visitors and assisting them directly or connecting them with the appropriate staff; operating a multi-line phone system to manage incoming calls, including domestic violence/sexual assault hotline calls; as well as operating and monitoring security systems (cameras and doors) to ensure the safety and security of staff and residents.  

Position Details: Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sundays 12am-8amAdditional hours available with Holidays if wantedPay: $12/hr. Position Requirements:2 years of related experience.Minimum High School Diploma or GED.Valid driver's license.FBI, Child Abuse, and State Police Clearances or ability to obtain.
