Our Albuquerque Business Administration team is looking for a full-time Front desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team.
They will work closely with internal employees, our independent contractors, patients, and external vendors.
This position focuses on a variety of different tasks from handling the reception area to assisting with patient and office needs.
The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is a go getter, and works well in a team environment as well as independently.


Responsibilities: Greet and assist all incoming visitors Answer phones promptly and courteously Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages Manage office, snack and durable medical equipment supply levelsMultitask at a high levelMaintain positive relationships with outside vendors Assist with promo products Assist with office projects as needed Organize patient and employee appreciation events and items Maintain and support phone & technology solutionsManage facility work ordersScribe meeting minutes Work with various departments on varying needs Manage electronic fax distributions Qualifications: Multiline phone experienceAdvanced computer skills to include Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) & PDFOutgoing and warm personality Helpful, mindful, and solutions orientedEffective communication and follow through with different teams and departmentsMaintain a positive relationship with peers, patients, providers, vendors, and care takersStrong attention to detailAccuracy in work tasks Good Time management skillsExcellent reading, writing, and communication skillsMust have great interpersonal skills and team playerMust have a strong value system, exhibit loyalty and interest in making a difference behind the scenes for our patients and their families Requirements: Friendly customer service skills & strong communication skillsAdvanced computer skillsMultiple phone line experienceMultitask on a high levelAssist with office needs as they ariseBilingual-Spanish speakingAbility to lift 50lbs> Benefits: $100 monthly cell phone reimbursement Monthly in-office lunch to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and other eventsPTO, holidays, and your birthday off Health, Dental, and Vision insurance after 90 daysCompany holidays, floating holiday, and birthday holidayVacation (PTO) and Sick DaysCompetitive benefit plansCompany paid STD and LTDTuition reimbursement program401(k) with matching
