Responsibilities
• Greeting and checking in members• Signing new members up and handling basic billing• Answering phone calls• Helping clients become accustomed to the gym• Explaining fitness programs to new clientele• Assisting in keeping gym clean• Standing for long periods of time
Requirements
• Must be 18 years and older• Available to work shifts starting at 5am and closing shifts at 9pm• Available to work some weekends• Experience in customer service and retail/sales• Customer focused, compassionate, respectful, friendly, polite, personable, and has a good work ethic• Reliable, accountable, responsible, and has the ability to multi-task• Basic computer knowledge• Comfortable interacting with regular members and new customers
