Callaway Gardens Lodge & Spa is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. The Front Desk Supervisor serves as the first point of contact for all guests and is responsible for providing information, checking guests in and out, handling payments, and ensuring excellent guest service. The Front Desk Supervisor must display a professional appearance, have excellent communication and computer skills, and enjoy working with people.
Responsibilities: Knowledge of Opera PMS, Word, and Excel software is preferred. Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure. Hotel or resort experience is preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Excellent guest service and computer skills. Ability to work independently and follow standard operating procedures. Supervisory experience in a front desk or hospitality setting is preferred. Requirements: Ability to work independently and follow standard operating procedures. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Opera PMS, Word, and Excel (preferred but not required). Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure. Prior hotel or resort experience (preferred). Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends, days, evening, night audit, and holidays.
