Front Of House - Ambassador

Front of House Ambassadors assist theater patrons and support traffic flow, seating, and facility security at performances scheduled at various Trust facilities. Ambassadors are scheduled to work for the duration of an event, typically between four and six hours. These individuals work cooperatively with House Managers, Floor Managers and other event personnel to ensure guest safety, comfort, and enjoyment while visiting Trust venues and/or attending Trust shows or events. This position requires working outdoors during a part of every shift, regardless of weather conditions. 
This is a part-time position working mostly evening and weekend hours. Ambassadors will be rotated with other part-time staff members with no annual guarantee for the number of events worked. Hours will be determined by the needs of the Trust and will coincide with events scheduled at Trust facilities. Parking reimbursement is provided during work shifts.
Candidates should demonstrate a strong customer service orientation with outstanding communication skills. Teamwork, empathy, discretion and professional demeanor are essential for success in this position. Salary for this position is $15/hour.
