Responsibilities: Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm. Take customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail. Assemble and serve orders promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet Chick-fil-A standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas and service counters. Uphold Chick-fil-A's commitment to exceptional customer service by going above and beyond to meet guest needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Qualifications: Passion for providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Willingness to learn and adapt to Chick-fil-A's high standards of quality and service. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings. Adaptability to various weather conditions, as this role does involve outdoor work. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have a source of reliable transportation Must be willing to work 3 days out of the week, one of those days including Saturdays.
