Front Office Administrative Assistant Front Office Administrative Assistant Financial Services company seeks Front Office Administrative Assistant to support a busy office.
This is a dynamic workplace, and the right candidate will provide important support to the team as well as presenting a professional face for the company to the diverse clientele passing through the front doors every day.
The role plays a critical administrative role in the office and supports our commitment to an ideal client experience with marketing and events.
As part of the front office team, he/she will help new clients, serve existing clients, and help run an efficient office.
Excellent customer service skills on the phone and in person are the key to success in this role.
Successful candidates will greet all customers as they enter the office.
You must be comfortable initiating conversation with people of diverse ages and backgrounds.
High school diploma required, associates degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Prepare reports and materials for client appointments.
Sort, organize and distribute all incoming mail.
Prepare and send all outgoing mail and packages including certified, overnight and special deliveries.
Update and file all documents for vendors and customers.
Maintain and update contact databases.
Coordinate access for vendors.
Interact with customers to foster ongoing relationships.
Support other special requests or projects as requested.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
Proactively contact clients to set or confirm appointments and offer appropriate services.
Assist in organizing and maintaining the financial advisor's schedule.

Pay: $37,440.00 - $41,600.00 per year
