Job Description

Our customer is seeking a Front Office team member to join our team!
You will be responsible for helping customers by answering phones and providing product and service information, as well as entering cases into the scheduling system.

Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and delivery questionsProvide information about the products and servicesConnect clients with appropriate Technical Support StaffDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesEnter new cases into scheduling system for production Qualifications: Basic Computer & Typing SkillPleasant Phone DemeanorAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skills
This is a Full Time or Part Time position, that will require M-F availability.
Training on specialty systems will be provided.
