Front Office Program Analyst Location Arlington, VA : Location: Arlington,VA,US Remote Work: No Job Number: R0188904 Front Office Program Analyst The Opportunity: As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, a program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you will assist with the creation, revision, routing, and tracking of all types of program documentation in support of a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary technical office at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). You will solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity by applying basic principles, theories, and concepts, possessing limited working and general industry knowledge. You will develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, referring more complex issues to higher levels. You will prepare and send routine correspondence and respond in a timely and professional manner via email, mail, and telephone. You'll coordinate with teammates to provide quick-turn responses to client data calls and provide additional administrative duties as required. You'll grow your programmatic expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each program's success. From working with your team to creating and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, you'll help deliver meaningful programmatic support.

You Have: 1+ years of experience in task and project management in a general office work environment
Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage tracking documents and follow actions through completion
Ability to communicate task and project status to the client, including creating verbal and written communication products
Ability to research and fact-check answers when none are readily available
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have: 1+ years of experience in task and project management in a DoD work environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions such as VLOOKUP or PivotTables
Ability to anticipate requirements, perform proactively while paying strict attention to detail, and work with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being able to anticipate client needs, and be proactive in response
Ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests and the flexibility to efficiently prioritize workload
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and editing skills
Possession of excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree
PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
