JOB SUMMARY: The Birth Certification Transcript HIM Clerk will primarily facilitate in the overall quality, completeness and accuracy of clinical documentation and is responsible for processing birth certificates and as a transcription clerk in HIM.
Qualifications: Minimum Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Work Schedule:
Day shift, 7-10 hr/shift, weekdays only.
