Responsibilities
• Assisting customers who enter the dealership, answering questions, and helping them find a trailer that fits their needs• Providing timely follow-up to inquiries on trailers via Facebook Marketplace and Instagram• Maintaining strong relationships with customers• Becoming an expert in product knowledge of trailers and their benefits• Inventory and product knowledge of parts accessories• Enhancing the sales process by demonstrating trailer features• Handling sensitive information with confidentiality• Following up with buyers to ensure successful referral business• Resolving customer concerns immediately and appropriately• Maintaining customer loyalty
Requirements
• Two years of sales or customer service experience• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills• Self-motivated, goal-orientated, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment• Prior proven customer service or retail sales experience• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record• 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy• Prior experience working in Google Workspace, Microsoft, and MAC
