Ft Therapist

Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based, psychotherapy and person-centered therapy to individuals, adolescents, youth, couples, and families with various mental health issues.
Enter the counseling session note within 48 hours of rendering services.
Carry a caseload of 28-30 clients to make up high no shows to get the weekly productivity of at least 26-28 billable hours.
Participate in the therapy team meetings, and training.
Available to accommodate family and youth requesting for late afternoon session.
Serve as clinical liaison to referral sources and guardians regarding client progress and needs.
Maintain record of all services provided.
Maintain quality documentation of all case work, completed in a timely manner and consistent withoutlined program policies and licensure requirements.
Update the treatment plan and other clinical assessments for the assigned individual as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
Respond to mental health crises and provide appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with emergency services and other professionals to ensure client safety.
Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, social services, and community resources.
Educate clients about resources, eligibility, and services with a positive and professional approach.
