\n We are proud to offer:Competitive Starting Pay at $25.00/HRRotating Schedule; 12 hour shiftsBenefits including medical, dental and vision - company pays 90%Generous employer contribution to 401k12 Paid Company HolidaysPaid time offPositive, organized, team environmentStability of a 178-year-old company with the opportunity to grow your career You will be responsible for:Unloading biomass fuel from trucks and load fuel into the appropriate hopperOperating and maintaining fuel handling equipment such as chain conveyors, belt conveyors, bag houses, pumps, valves and air compressorsMaintaining a safe work environment by using personal protective equipment, participate in safety training, follow safety procedures and adhering to all applicable SDSsRecording data such as pressures, temperatures and flows and perform trend analysis on dataMaintaining neat and accurate records, both written and electronicCompleting preventative and corrective maintenance itemsAll other duties or responsibilities as assigned Things you will need:High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Previous experience using heavy wheeled equipment, such as skid steers and wheel loaders.Ability to become proficient at operating a front-end loader and bobcatFlexibility to work a rotating shift schedule, planned and unplanned shutdowns and vacation reliefAbility to work in adverse conditions such as extreme weather, at heights and confined spacesAbility to obtain a Special Boiler Operator's license from the State of Minnesota
