About the team The Operations team is responsible for the execution and success of our D2C member experience and B2B supply chain. This team covers all backend operations from order to results delivery for our food products and home testing kits; and retail product supply chain. This includes inventory & fulfilment, vendor management & performance, and testing data analysis. We bridge the gap between member expectations and lived experience. About the role As our Fulfillment Manager, you'll be at the heart of our US operations, driving smooth and efficient delivery processes. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys collaborating across teams, and is excited to help shape and enhance our fulfillment and logistics operations.
