Job Description:At Regions, the Contact Center Customer Relationship Specialist is responsible for initiating transactions for Regions' products and services through the utilization of direct calls and referrals from customer service and marketing leads.
Primary Responsibilities Opens and funds new accounts for customers via phone and internet channelsProvides excellent customer service and answers client questions within set standardsProvides customers with advice, guidance, and education on the full range of bank products and services Regions offersAchieves or exceeds performance targets monthly for quality assurance and efficiencyUtilizes inbound/outbound telephone techniques to solidify and build client relationshipsCompletes all required documentation to process customer transactionsFollows through on customer inquiries, requests, or complaintsResolves issues promptlyWorks with either close supervision or under clearly defined proceduresThis position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements High School Diploma or GEDOne (1) year of experience in customer service/salesIf applying for a position that will work from a remote location and not in a Regions facility, the following technical specifications will be required:

Training Location is based out of Nashville, TN. After training, associate will be able to work remote.

Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.
Job Range Target: Minimum: $36,500.00 USD
Median: $40,000.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans: This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
