This role combines business development and recruiting, requiring someone who is not only adept at sourcing and placing top software development talent but also skilled at generating new business opportunities within the tech industry.
\n ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities for contingent staffing in the tech industry through networking, rigorous cold calling and emailing, and relationship-building.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.Negotiate terms of business agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company objectives.Stay up-to-date with trends and demands in the software development market to proactively offer clients valuable insights and solutions.Recruiting:Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements.Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to attract top talent.Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings.Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.Client Management:Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to clients.Offer strategic advice and consultation to clients regarding market trends and candidate availability. RequirementsProven experience as a full desk recruiter or similar role in the recruitment industry.Strong business development skills with a track record of generating new business.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and tools.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
