About the role A primary focus for Rippling has been to increase penetration in the Large and Enterprise customer segment, which requires advanced capabilities to organize, manage and grow organizations. The Org Management team primarily focuses on building these capabilities. This includes products and features like Headcount Planning and Comp Bands, as well as connecting these products and features to other products within Rippling. Rippling is also continuing to explore new product opportunities within this growing space.
This engineering role will be responsible for building the product that strengthens the foundation of our Enterprise strategy. This team will be responsible for a suite of core products and services that enables the next generation of Enterprise products to scale. This team will be responsible for managing a combination of both directly user-facing products as well as interfaces for other engineering teams. There are challenges for the team that range from building for usability to scaling for massive growth and a wide array of engineering requirements.
