POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT We are seeking an administrative assistant to provide support to our leadership team.
This is an excellent entry-level job with many advancement opportunities in administrations, management, and HR.

The ideal candidate for this role should be highly organized, reliable, possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Prior administrative experience is recommended but not required.
This will primarily be a remote position with some on-site work as needed so candidates must live in the Miama, FL area; personal transportation is also required.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Duties Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, hotel, and restaurant reservations Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS:

1 year of experienced preferred but not required High School Diploma or equivalent Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and planning skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint Have a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+) Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)

CONDITIONS:
All MCI Locations Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
Subject to the program and location of the position Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This job operates in a professional office environment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.

Yearly reviews are conducted based on tenure and performance.
