Full-Time Direct Support Professional (Dsp) Weekends Shift - 19046

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team full-time.
This role involves working weekend shifts to support and care for our clients.
The schedule includes one weekend shift from 8:30 AM to 10:30 PM and other shifts from 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

Weekend Shift Schedule: Saturday:8:30 AM - 10:30 PM (14 hours)Sunday:8:30 AM - 10:30 PM (14 hours)Every other weekend ( Sat , Sun ) 4:30 PM - 10:30 PM (12 hours) Pay Rate : $16-$18/hr Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.Provide companionship and support in social and recreational activities.Help clients achieve their personal goals and promote independence.Ensure a safe and clean living environment.Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members. Requirements: Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred.Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards elderly clients.Ability to work independently and follow care plans.Excellent communication skills.Reliable transportation.Must be available to work on weekends.
