The Role at a glance: We are looking to add an enthusiastic, motivated Full-Time Dishwasher/Server to our healthcare & senior living team in New Brighton, MN.
As a Dishwasher, you will have the opportunity to ensure sanitary eating conditions by keeping kitchen equipment, cutlery and utensils, and tableware clean.
When you are assisting as a Server, you will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse set of customers daily, while ensuring that foodservice goes as smoothly as possible.
What you'll be doing: Greeting customers promptly and in a friendly manner, explaining specials and menu items, taking orders and continuing with follow-up items to improve the meal while ensuring that the service is completed in accordance with health code regulations.
Assisting in preparation of food items.
Working closely with other associates to build a strong team atmosphere.
Performing any other job-related functions as assigned by supervisors. What we're looking for: Must-haves: Have excellent communication and organization skills.

Have excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.
